Glassjaw - Worship & Tribute

This is the grammy nominated sophomore album from the post-hardcore earthquake knows as Glassjaw.   This is by far my favorite album ever, incorporating Jazz and Ambient styles on tracks like "Ape Dos Mil" and "Must've Rained All Day" while maintaining crunchy guitars and soulful bass-lines on songs like "Tip Your Bartender" and "Mu Empire".  Daryl Palumbo's vocals are a mix-up of a pitch-bending crooner and straight up progression, and his lyrics display a serious sense of philosophical and spiritual phrasing.
